Terms of Service

Last updated: August 28, 2026

Important: These terms are provided for transparency for users, partners, and platform reviewers. They do not create guarantees beyond the written service agreement or statement of work signed with Fast Network Services AI.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using websites, applications, automations, integrations, consulting services, or managed technology services provided by Fast Network Services AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and any applicable written proposal, order form, statement of work, or master services agreement.

2. Services

Fast Network Services AI provides technology services that may include network services, IT support, workflow automation, AI-assisted operations, CRM and business application integrations, reporting, and related consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, fees, and support obligations are governed by the applicable written agreement.

3. Accounts, Access, and Authorization

You are responsible for ensuring that any credentials, accounts, data, systems, or third-party platforms you connect are owned by you or authorized for your use. You must not use the services to access systems or data without permission.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may connect to third-party platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Google, CRM, communications, payment, analytics, or hosting providers. Those platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, data limitations, API restrictions, or decisions made by third-party providers.

5. Customer Data

You retain ownership of your business data. You grant Fast Network Services AI the limited right to process customer data only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the contracted services. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and quality of the data you provide or connect.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the services for unlawful activity, spam, malware, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, infringement, abusive automation, or attempts to bypass security controls. We may suspend access when needed to protect systems, users, partners, or legal compliance.

7. AI-Assisted Outputs

Some services may use AI-assisted tools. AI outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by a qualified human before being used for legal, financial, accounting, tax, medical, employment, or other high-impact decisions. Fast Network Services AI does not provide legal, tax, or certified accounting advice unless separately agreed in writing with appropriately licensed professionals.

8. Payment and Taxes

Fees, billing cycles, late fees, cancellation terms, and taxes are defined in the applicable written agreement, invoice, or order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once services are delivered or work has begun.

9. Confidentiality and Security

Each party agrees to protect confidential information using reasonable care. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed fully secure. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate user permissions, backups, endpoint protections, and internal controls.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, pre-existing tools, templates, know-how, workflows, software, and internal methods remain the property of the party that owned them before the engagement. Client-specific deliverables are licensed or assigned according to the applicable written agreement.

11. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis except as expressly stated in a written agreement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, specific business results, or compatibility with every third-party platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast Network Services AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or third-party platform failures. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use of the services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
